What is Bazi?
Bazi (八字) was born from astronomical observation — early Chinese astronomers tracking the regularities of stars, seasons, and human rhythm. Thousands of years of practice refined it into a structured system that maps your exact birth date and time into four "pillars." It isn't superstition. It's a pre-modern observation framework — and Kismets treats it as a reflective lens, not a prophecy.
Is this fortune-telling?
No. We don't predict specific events, outcomes, or deadlines. Kismets is a reflective tool — we describe patterns and offer prompts for you to think with. If you're looking for specific prediction-style claims, this probably isn't the right product.
How precise does my birth time need to be?
As precise as you can. Hour and minute is best — Bazi is sensitive to the exact moment because the Hour pillar shifts every two hours and edge cases sit on boundaries. If you only have a two-hour window, we can still produce the Year, Month, and Day pillars (which carry most of the reading) and we'll mark where exact time would sharpen things. If you have no idea at all, we'll skip the Hour pillar and tell you what that means for accuracy.
How long does delivery take?
Within 48 hours of payment. Most reports go out in 24–36 hours. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's drafted.
Why isn't this fully automated?
It mostly is — the engine does the heavy lifting. But a real editor reads every report before it ships, because AI still occasionally writes lines that sound right and aren't. We'd rather be slower and accurate.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Reply to the delivery email and tell us what feels off. We'll work with you — whether that means a revision, a clarification, or a refund if there's been a genuine error or mismatch with your intake.
